Academy of American Poets http://www.poets.org/lit/poet/eecumfst.htm
Here's a site with the titles of 11 poems in the margin, with the text just a click away, plus everything else you usually get in an overview site: a two-paragraph
biographical sketch, a photo, a bibliography, and links to 89 available books by Cummings and other informational sites, including a fine one exhibiting Cummings' paintings along with commentary. Throw in an article on
the modernist revolution, and internal links to a slew of other poets on the expanded site and you're in poetry cyber-heaven. Overall Rating: 4
An Unofficial e. e. cummings Starting Point
http://members.tripod.com/~Dwipf/cummings.html
Doug Wipf's presentation includes information on the e. e. cummings Society, a good
bibliography, a thorough chronology, and links to several other sites, some admittedly only "somehow related". This starting point is probably one you will wantto come back to repeatedly. A personal touch is
evident. Overall Rating: 3
e.e. cummings http://www.infomagic.com/~ernie/eec.htm
A portrait of e.e. cummings and a very brief
biographical statement which looks at the poet's inventiveness are to be found here, along with five poems about nature and love, including "little tree" which illustrates the poet's playfulness with
typography. There are a number of links to other sites. Middle school and 9th and 10th graders will like this "colorful, readable and very attractive site" as an introduction to cummings' poetry.

creative contribution to American literature and provides some literary analysis of this innovative poet, who first published in 1919. Although his poems are referred to, neither text nor useful links are given. A photo
of Cummings is included. Overall Rating: 3
Edward Estlin Cummings http://math.lfc.edu/thomason/poetry/cummings/
Two biographical paragraphs, three photos, and five poems introduce the poet, playwright, prose writer, and painter E.E.. Cummings. This site touches on all of his
talents and on his criticism of World War I, which led to his three month imprisonment in France and his documenting of that experience in his journal The Enormous Room (1922). Overall Rating: 3

e.e. cumming's poetry page
http://students.vassar.edu/~hecook/cummings.html#osweet
Among the 23 poems by E.E. Cummings at this site "are some love poems that
teachers may want to scrutinize carefully and perhaps reserve for their high school juniors and seniors". Two linked pages at the site are personal and have nothing to do with Cummings. Overall Rating: 2
