Kathleen O'Neil Gear is a very interesting person.  As a woman she has achieved many things, such as being a historian and archeologist for Wyoming, Kansas, and Nebraska for the U.S. Department of the Interior.  She has also received awards for Federal Government and a Special Achievement Award for the most "Outstanding Management" of our nation's cultural heritage.
